Cancellation & Refund
Bookingbee will follow the supplier's (airlines/properties/bus/tour operator, service apartments, etc.) policy for cancellation/re-issue.
For flight/hotel/tour/apartment, Bookingbee will not charge any additional service fee.
In case of refund/re-issue, the customer must confirm with Bookingbee 72 hours prior to the travel/Check-in date. 48 hours prior will be considered 50% refund & 24 hours will be considered no refund.
In case the customer does not show up on the booked date, it will be considered as NO-SHOW and it will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
For hotel/flight/tour/apartment, the refunded amount may reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days (if banks & cards) and 3 to 5 working days (if mobile financial services) depending on your payment method.
For any kind of refund, the convenience charge is non-refundable.
For the EMI method, the EMI charge will be deducted, which will be calculated on the payable amount.
For Pay in Cash, the refund amount will be sent to your preferred channel.
